Introducing Our New Connects Contact Center

Starting July 8th, we are introducing our Connects Contact Center powered by Xtend. The extended hours will offer added convenience when you need to connect with your credit union by phone at (804)756-5000.

  • Monday – Friday 8 am to 8 pm
  • Saturday 8 am to 5 pm

Along with the extended hours, you might hear a few new voices, but the stellar Connects service will remain the same. While the Contact Center will handle the basic questions and requests, you will still be able to reach your trusted Connects team members for your more complex issue and lending needs.
